Our ecological housing (NZEB near zero energy buildings) safeguards the environment (and also economic resources); we develop ethical and responsible planning right from the initial stages; design that evaluates its choices with the entire life cycle of the building; which also takes into account the "environmental costs" of the final disposal of any harmful materials, to discard them from the outset by favoring ecological and "zero kilometers" materials of local origin.

Furthermore, to improve the well-being of the inhabitants, we break down the architectural barriers, also increasing housing safety for adults and children: we have also studied special smart houses that allow the presence of people even with problematic health conditions. They are houses with the flexibility to "modify in every situation": for example, in the event of illness, by activating some elements it will be possible for the person confined to bed by the illness not only to admire the panorama from their bedroom window; but also check the kitchen, look towards the living room, easily go to the bathroom even with a wheelchair, etc.

These spaces are conceived flexibly and technologically smartly right from the start. This is aimed at promoting the Quality of Life, allowing people to be able to live peacefully in splendid places, also favoring their emotional and social relationships
