Residenza Da Vinci is a project by the ITS company, which is the acronym of the Senigallia Tourist Initiatives. In the name of the company there is the essence of the same, as this is the aim of creating solutions in a residential area to enhance the renowned Senigali seafront and allow both tourists and residents to create a high quality housing solution that enhances the relationship with the sea and the city.
