officinaIMMOBILIARE was born in 2017 from an idea by Giacinto Folino with the intention of making all the expertise and experience available to its customers to anticipate possible problems whether of a technical/urban planning or personal/organizational nature, identifying and proposing a specific range of solutions on a case-by-case basis, in order to conduct a negotiation as calmly, securely and without surprises as possible.

To broaden the range of offers, officinaIMMOBILIARE has been a partner of Euroansa Spa since January 2021 , a credit brokerage company, which benefits from important links with the main credit and insurance institutions in the country and is the only Italian company certified both for consultancy (ISO 22222) and for financial education (UNI 11402) through the credit consultant Elena Ricci.

IMMOBILIAREworkshop is part of the CROLAB project real estate and credit laboratory, a professional consultancy network that provides information and helps in choices regarding the real estate and credit sphere.
