Our area extends along the Torrente Scrivia, which gives the name to the homonymous valley. It is located in the hinterland of the metropolitan city of Genoa, with which it is well connected thanks to the train station and the motorway.

We work in a very varied area, which can satisfy the most varied living needs.

The Busalla area offers the convenience of having all the services under the house, without even having to use the car. Despite this, it is nevertheless inserted in a not too chaotic context.

The area of Sarissola, while maintaining the convenience of proximity to all essential services, has more concentration of independent and semi-independent solutions. The presence of Asilo Nido, Master School, Primary School and Media make it ideal for families.

Savignon is ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by tranquility and greenery, it almost exclusively offers independent solutions or however in small contexts; except for the area of Isorelle, which is more densely inhabited.

Finally, the area of Crocefieschi, already known since the early 1900s as a destination for summer and winter holidays for the Genoese families, still retains this characteristic thanks to its pre-legitious position. There are exclusive villas with unique features in the area.
