Sagor Sanremo

SAGOR was founded in 1987 in Turin, where it began operating in the real estate brokerage sector. Since 1989, the scope of its activity has expanded and specialized in the second homes sector.
In a short time, this became its predominant activity and soon moved from simple brokerage to the direct realization of large real estate operations: it builds and sells residential complexes, residences and hotel structures in the French Riviera and subsequently, from 1995, in Liguria, directly managing their sale.
As activities expanded, the group created specialized structures in the key phases of a real estate operation: feasibility studies, design, permitting compliance, executive design, construction, marketing and sales.
SAGOR & Partner S.p.A. is now an important operator specializing in the direct realization of residential complexes and in real estate brokerage.
