My name is Evelin Sozzi, and I am deeply connected to the Province of Bergamo, the territory where I was born, grew up, and chose to continue living and enhancing. Despite my passion for travel and curiosity towards the world, it is between the Valle Seriana and Lake Iseo that I find the most authentic sense of home. For years, I have also been involved in tourism, cultural, and philanthropic initiatives to support the local community.

I have been working in the real estate sector since 2005: I started very young in an important agency, where I built solid foundations thanks to on-the-field training, passion, and continuous growth. In 2017, I realized my dream of opening my agency, choosing to name it after myself, as a sign of responsibility, transparency, and direct commitment to every client.

Over the years, I have developed significant experience with international clients, accompanying foreign buyers and investors in the search and purchase of properties in the Bergamo area. This has allowed me to refine relational, linguistic, and cultural skills, offering a personalized service oriented to diverse needs.

I collaborate with qualified professionals to guarantee complete assistance in every phase of the buying and selling and leasing process. In 2023, I expanded the presence in the territory with the opening of the Dorga di Castione della Presolana office, together with colleague and partner Danilo Bettoni, strengthening a reality with two strategic offices and an increasingly international outlook.
