EFFECI Immobiliare Agency was founded in 1995 by Filippo Casella, the current owner, in the first office located in the historic center of Sestri Levante, at Via XXV Aprile 7, followed by the opening of a second office at Via Nazionale 522, in the residential area of Pila sul Gromolo.

 My passion for real estate and commercial law, combined with a propensity for personal relationships and a deep knowledge of the territory, led me to put myself on the line in a stimulating sector that is constantly evolving, such as that of real estate promotion and development.
I was fortunate because I immediately fell in love with the new working experience and, despite the many years that have passed, the enthusiasm remains that of a young boy, determined and curious. The infatuation turned into a passion for the job, which I have passed on to the people who have collaborated with me over the years.
