Our agencies were born from the determination and passion for the real estate sector of two young professionals: Dr. Franco Antonio and Dr. Nardo Morgan Andrea.

Both born in 1988 and graduated with excellent grades in Construction and Management of Architecture from the University Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria, they met in 2007 and, a few years later, joined the Tempocasa family.

At the end of 2015, they began collaborating at the Milan Mecenate office, quickly standing out for the results achieved and the important milestones obtained in the sector. Driven by ambition and the desire to grow, they set new professional goals from the outset.

Thanks to solid academic foundations and continuous training — first through the Tempocollage courses and subsequently at the Microdesign Training Centre in Potenza — they perfected their skills until they obtained, in 2017, the real estate mediation license from the Chamber of Commerce.

In September 2018, they realised their dream by founding the Tempocasa Paullo Agency. In 2022, they expanded the project with the opening of the Tempocasa Mediglia Real Estate Agency. Among the objectives they are pursuing with determination is also the opening of a physical branch in Calabria, their native land, a project to which they are both particularly attached.

Today, the professionalism, preparation and experience of the owners, together with those of the entire staff, represent a guarantee of competence and reliability in the real estate sector. In Calabria, the project also benefits from the valuable support of a trusted collaborator.
