We were born around the year 2000, operating within the Tecnocasa group. Initially as simple collaborators, then office managers, until the opening of our agency between 2008 and 2009; years in which we worked to create “L’Immobiliare San Carlo”, the result of commitment, sacrifices and dedication. Supported by a great passion for the work we do every day, we opened our “shop”, still today, on the town square. Many things have happened over the years …… good and not so good; we enjoyed the “Boom of the Brick”, faced the heavy property crisis; the seesaw of banks and the Italian and world economy, the pandemic; we have seen the world change rapidly with new technologies; we have seen a new market with the “consumer demand” now managed by large property portals… portals that provide us with increasingly informed and different clients who require services that are always more quality, fast, modern. A market that requires more and more “Know how” and updates, demanding clarity, competence and precision in all phases of the buying and selling process up to the notarial deed. Always a sincere handshake. Sincerity and Reliability have always been the product we have tried to sell to our clients. We are not perfect and we do not pretend to be, but we certainly always try to give our best with transparency and reliability as our primary objective – the best profit is always that obtained from a satisfied client. Today, Immobiliare San Carlo has already satisfied an average of 500 families between buyers and sellers and wants, with the same passion and with its new look, to continue to do so for an increasingly broad and diverse clientele. With our new look, reorganized and more attentive to the rapidly changing times, we aim to offer our services with a wider range of action for area and property type.
