Dear Sirs,

I am writing to briefly introduce myself and my business.

My name is Giampiero Lillacci and I am the owner of IMMOBILIARELG, located in Deruta, via Tiberina 224 (near the traffic lights).

Since 1994, I have been working as a Real Estate Agent-Entrepreneur-Businessperson both in Italy (first in Perugia, then in Arezzo) and in Spain (Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Malaga), representing the largest European real estate franchise with the opening of new offices in these cities.

In carrying out my profession and to contribute to the development of the network, I have opened and directly managed a total of 13 Real Estate Agencies of my own and, as Manager, I have trained, coordinated and directed almost 150 people including collaborators and junior entrepreneurs. 

The initiative to practice my profession in different geographical areas and countries has enriched me both personally and professionally with a wealth of experiences, cultures, interpersonal relationships, contacts and knowledge of international markets that few in my sector can boast. All this will allow me to streamline and facilitate the sale of properties of a certain size, value and/or prestige, such as villas, farmhouses, hospitality structures, warehouses, etc., in the best conditions.

I wanted to establish my latest creation, IMMOBILIARELG, in my homeland, in the city where I was born, with the desire and enthusiasm to share this project with the people who have seen me grow and who have instilled in me the values necessary to become a good person.

Together with my collaborators, we will put ourselves at the service of those who wish to sell or buy a property, with the utmost professionalism and transparency, confident in our ability to help them in the best possible way.
