In 1989, Alessandro Podini and Stefano Tomasi founded Podini Real Estate, a business unit of Podini Spa Group. 
The latter boasts thirty years of experience and operates at a provincial, national, and international level. In 2022, the two entrepreneurs decided to transform Podini Real Estate into P.RE.ST. living & work spaces. 

PREST is a real estate company founded by Alessandro Podini and Stefano Tomasi. The two entrepreneurs are the ones who give the name to the company:
