Host in Florence was born in 2017 from the experience and vision of Beatrice Simone, with the aim of offering a personal and concrete real estate service in Florence and Tuscany.

We are not part of a chain: we follow each client with direct attention, from the first valuation to the conclusion of the sale or rental.

We start from the real needs of the property owner and those looking for a home. We combine real estate experience, knowledge of the territory and technical support. We remain a unique reference in all phases of the assignment.

To the knowledge of the Florentine market, we add a network of operational skills. Beatrice Simone leads the real estate activity, with the collaboration of Fabio Fortini and the Arch. Alessio Bertoncini for technical support and property enhancement.
