This building for sale in the heart of Trieste, a stone's throw from the sea, has made the history of the Friulan city. Fair witness of the Trieste ruling class that has dominated the urban center between nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the building of about 1500 square meters was built inspired by the magnificent works of Venetian architecture built in the seventeenth century by the famous architect Baldassarre Longhena.

The attic floor has, however, a row of splendid elliptic windows that recall the Library of San Marco.
