Apartment Via Collecarino (Ref. 456)  In Arpino, is a small apartment of 75 square meters. It is spread over two levels ground-basement, both with an independent entrance, and needs some resoration.

Entering from the front door on the ground floor there is an open hallway leading on the right to a bedroom with attached bathroom. Also in the bedroom there is the staircase that leads to the basement which is configured with a kitchen where there is the second external entrance and an additional room used as a cellar.

With windows on three sides, the building enjoys good natural lighting. The house is located a few steps from the historic center of Arpino, near a nursery school, parking lots and public gardens.

ARPINO AND THE CIOCIARIA 

Arpino is one of the major medieval hilltop towns in the area of Italy called the Ciociaria, the name given to the fertile land that lies south of Rome but north of Naples, situated inland in the hills in the heart of Italy.
