After having crossed the important entrance door, a marvelous and very prestigious stone staircase supported by columns welcomes us, which unequivocally recall the eighteenth-century charm and style.
On the sides of the aforementioned entrance, we find two large rooms consisting of a kitchen with an imposing fireplace, and a dining room; going up to the first floor, we find on the right side the original and imposing frescoed reception hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the left side a small corridor connects us to the second bathroom, study and third bedroom.
On the second and top floor, at the top of the imposing staircase, there is a particular lookout loggia at a height of about 5 meters, built during the Second World War by the German soldiers who occupied this property. The apartment on this last level of the building was renovated in the 80s and is immediately habitable, it consists of a kitchen with fireplace, dining room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.
Returning to the ground floor, we can also discover the two floors below the street, equally characteristic and unique with original terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams also accessible from the outside, not being underground, but completely above ground with regular windows.
We immediately find a large cellar and from the next door, a hallway opens up where there is the ancient well that guaranteed water to the building, a service and a storage room. Going further down to the second level below the road, through a very suggestive corridor dug into the rock, you arrive at the last two cellars, from here you can easily connect if you are interested in buying the adjacent building which is also for sale with our agency.
Structurally, the building is in ancient stone, perfectly consolidated and with reinforced floors. The roof is in excellent condition, as is the top floor, as regards the ground and first floors, they need to be restored in terms of electrical and plumbing systems, while the heating system can be created to your liking.

LOCATION
Trivigliano, in the province of Frosinone, is a village of 1,638 inhabitants perched on one of the Ernici hills and surrounded by olive, turkey oak and chestnut trees. 

The historical centre of the village is typically medieval and developed around the remains of an ancient fortified castle dating back to the 12th century, of which only a circular tower remains well preserved. Among the alleys and stairways of this village, there are small squares and panoramic terraces: the main square of the municipality itself is a veritable terrace-viewpoint overlooking the Lake Canterno Nature Reserve, whose seasonal colour shades are reflected in the lake's waters, creating harmonious suggestions of colours.

The landscape of the nature reserve, predominantly karstic, consists of dolines, swallow holes and caves with singular and scenic stalagmite formations: the Cave of Madonna della Stella and the Cave of Corniano are worth a visit. 

Trivigliano's summer is particularly rich in events that entertain residents and tourists alike through a variety of manifestations, such as Trivigliano in fiore at the summer solstice, which celebrates the beginning of summer by adorning the alleys and portals of the village with flowering plants and shrubs, or Il ballo dell'800, during which participants dance in romantic period costumes, or the Sagra del prosciutto, which focuses on the promotion of local food and wine products.
