The property is currently divided into several units but they could be easily connected to each other since they are all adjoining.
The manor house, overlooking the beautifully planted park, is arranged on two levels; on the ground floor after the entrance we find a large double living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen.

Bellagio is one of the most charming towns in Europe, the pearl of Lake Como, a natural beauty that was admired by Goethe, Shelley, Byron, as well as having inspired the music of Verdi, Rossini and Bellini. Time has changed the life of the town, but even today a small orchestra plays on the picturesque lakefront under the shining stars; the Mediterranean atmosphere with its riot of colours and the splendour of the gardens blends perfectly with the sparkling area and Alpine landscapes.
Bellagio is also famous for its mild climate; here the sun shines almost all year round and the changes of the seasons are never marked. 
Local traditions and crafts are perfectly preserved in the old town, and in the small shops of the village it is easy to find carved wooden objects, designer ceramics and artistic blown-glass creations. Elegant restaurants and typical Italian trattorias serve the best of the exquisite Bel Paese cuisine.
