The villa is immersed in a well kept 4,500 sq. located in the famous 'Strada privata Il Ronco' of Carimate. This residential area that hosts some of the most beautiful and interesting villas in the area, is characterized by a perfect exposure, a splendid view, wich on clear days reaches as far as the alps, and offer a private concierge service and an indispensable 24-hour security service.

The villa, built in the early 2000s, was carefully renovated in 2012 by a well-known Italian designer/architect of international renown, obtaining a very high standard of quality, in materials and furnishings.
Floors with long planks and mahogany boiseries distinguish the aesthetic style of the villa; style and care which, moreover, are perceived from the entrance, and from along the private avenue that leads to the garage and to the entrance of the villa.

The house enjoys a double distribution and is served by two internal staircases: being in fact a single unit, a potential internal separation has however been created, to guarantee possible autonomy and privacy to a portion of the property.
On the ground floor we find a beautiful living room, with wainscoting and fireplace, a large dining room and a splendid kitchen by Arclinea. Also on the ground floor we find the master suite consisting of a large bedroom with view and exit to the garden, an excellently furnished wardrobe area and a bathroom with tub and Turkish bath. On the first floor, going up the large staircase entirely covered in mahogany, there are two bedrooms, one with a splendid marble fireplace and balcony, with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet; in the separate area, which can also be accessed with another staircase, there are two more bedrooms, served by a bathroom and another walk-in closet.

The photo gallery shows the villa, perfectly furnished, as it has been lived in over the last decade; currently the movable personal furnishings and furnishings of the current property have been removed, but of course they will remain as part of the house: the kitchen, the bathroom furnishings and all the fixed furnishings, such as wardrobes, shelving and walk-in closets, which constitute an irreplaceable "plus" of quality and style, of this beautiful villa.


The basement floor, with direct access from the garage, houses a large service area, office, gym, cellar; parking for four cars completes the property.
In the town there is the famous Carimate Castle, rebuilt in 1935 and used as a hotel with 50 rooms and a spa, and the adjacent Carimate Golf Club, which was founded in 1962 on 60 hectares of secular park, and consists of a varied course, with agile and very bright playgrounds in a hilly environment with 18 holes, mt. 6021, paragraph 71.
