In the centre of the living room, a staircase leads between two red columns to the upper floor of 61 sqm. This floor is designed in such a way that you can enjoy privacy even if you are visiting relatives or friends. To the west, towards the lake, a door opens and you enter, again through two red columns, a balcony room with magnificent views. On both sides are two identical small rooms, each equipped with a double bed, desk and bookcase. On both sides of the stairs there is a comfortable and spacious bathroom with shower on the right and a dressing room with fitted wardrobe and mirrored chest of drawers on the left.
The staircase to the centre of the house leads to the top floor, the guest floor of 58 sqm. You enter in a large and bright room with a fascinating view. There are two alcoves on the right and left equipped with a double bed on one side and a baby cot on the other, which can also be used as a sofa. Here too there is a workstation, on which the WLAN apparatus and the switchboard for the fixed network are installed. The book shelves are installed under the windows. To the right of the stairs is the second bathroom, this time equipped with a tub and shower in addition to the hot tub for hot water and heating. On the other side is the second dressing room, also with a built-in wardrobe and an old linen chest.
The land is 1.670 sqm. The large terrace surrounding the house is like a large living space. Ends to the side of the house in two lockable compartments for garden tools. The brick parapet covered with local granite separates, so to speak, the wilderness from the civilised inhabited area. The garden rises in eight steps, whose retaining walls were rebuilt a hundred years later, and there it joins the road leading to the village. The old peasant pasture was gradually developed using typical rustic style stairs and platforms and was designed into a Mediterranean garden with its native plants.
All windows on the ground floor and first floor are equipped with lockable wooden shutters, on the ground floor additional electric metal shutters. All floors, including bathrooms and stairs, are lined with American red pine boards, one of the reasons why the interior climate of this building is
particularly pleasant. A newly installed gas boiler provides the house with heating and hot water.
The rainproof wooden house, oriented to the western sun, in the lower part of the garden ensures that the firewood is always dry. While drinking water is taken from public pipelines, wastewater is disposed of in its own biological sewage treatment plant.
