The spaces interact harmoniously, partly through the bespoke furnishings, such as the mahogany-stained birch and brass bookcase that punctuates the space without interrupting its visual continuity.
The bespoke kitchen in brushed brass and Rosso Levanto marble is the material focal point of the living area: the surfaces alternate warm and cool textures through the use of eco-friendly resin and Lombard terracotta, defining the character of this apartment.
The design of the finishes evokes a distinct cultural layering, rich in references to the history of 20th-century architecture. A concierge’s office, a lift, a balcony, and a cellar complete the property’s amenities.
