Starting from the well-known and renowned Senigallia (city on the Marche coast with splendid sandy beaches) and traveling along a pleasant panoramic road in the hinterland, you reach the ancient village of Caudino where this property is located. The house dates back to around 1800 and is located in the square next to the Church. For about 50 years this house was the hub of the village having been the location of the food shop and where, next to it, there was also the village blacksmith's workshop.
The house has been excellently preserved and you can find and rediscover the atmospheres of times gone by as almost everything has remained in its original state: such as the ancient terracotta flooring and the ceilings with exposed beams.
Considering the antiquity of the materials still present we can state that the property is in fair general condition and the roof was checked and repainted not many years ago.
