This well-preserved country house was built around 1930. Like all farmhouses it is classically divided with a stable on the ground floor and the living rooms and bedrooms on the upper floor, but still has a special feature, because it already has a staircase in the interior of the house.

The ground floor is with a ceiling with volte, as they say here in our area: Voltine in mattoni. An extension provides another 30 sqm of usable space. The already mentioned interior staircase leads to the spacious upper floor with its bright rooms. Close to the main building there is a small outbuilding of approx. 16 sqm, so that with a renovation using "piano casa" a total area of approx. 220 sqm can be realized.

Electricity and water are supplied to the house. This great "Casa di Campagna" nestles on one of the many small hills and offers a view of many other hills until to the high mountains of Majella and Monte Ascensione. The house faces south, so that the "Mattonis", the typical bricks of the Marches, can be spoiled with the warm sun. To the country house belong approx. 2.5 ha land with some olives, it exists however the possibility further approx. 20,000 square meter to acquire in addition. This beautiful Casolare is situated on the land of the municipality of Appignano del Tronto and can be reached by car in 5 minutes from Offida and Appignano. In these two towns you will find everything for your daily needs and several bars for your beloved espresso and a talk with the locals.

Even if the mountains seem to be close enough to touch, you need about 40 minutes driving time to actually climb them. In Ascoli Piceno, on one of the most beautiful piazzas in Italy, you can sit after a 30-minute drive and just as quickly you can go for a walk or a swim on the wide sandy beaches of the Riviera delle Palme.
