The house is located in the hills of southern Marche, on the “Strada del vino rosso” so called because there are historic vineyards on the slopes of the long ridge that connects the small district of San Savino in Ripatransone and the lively district of Borgo Miriam in Offida ,

Access to the property is through a wrought iron gate held up by brick pillars; the view from the access road to the house conveys a feeling of naturalness and freedom. It is reached after an access road of about 100 m.

The house is surrounded by a walkway that delimits the garden and agricultural green areas; there are numerous olive trees on the land in the south of the property.
