The Palazzo is in the heart of the village, and its existence was first documented in 1213.
It develops over four levels. The net saleable area is 831 sq.m, plus the attics on the second floor (another 237 sq.m) and the cellars in the semi-basement (158 sq.m), for a total of 1.226 sq.m. Then, there are two additional rooms with an independent entrance from the village road. The first one (34 sq.m) is used as a storage room, and the other (17 sq.m) is for commercial use. 
Palazzo del Tempo has always been owned by the same noble family. As a result, its charm has remained unchanged since its last restoration in the early 1800s, when the then owner wanted to create a beautiful home worthy of his soon-to-be bride (also a noblewoman).
An elegant stone portal featuring the family crest leads inside the residence, suspended in another era, acting like a portal through time.

THE PALAZZO - 1226 sq.m over 4 floors
Ground floor
The ground floor accommodates the living area. It consists of an airy living room with two entrances – one for the guests, and the other for the staff (directly from the kitchen) – and stands out for its fresco depicting a glimpse of the village. Then, there is a dining room with a fireplace, a sitting room/study, a study/library, a games room, and a kitchen.
This floor, from where you can also access the garden, also has a storage room, a woodshed, a utility room, and a small bathroom.

First floor
On the first floor, another large living room serves as a passageway between the ten bedrooms. Moreover, there are other two sitting rooms, two studies, a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom, and a beautiful private chapel built in 1866, when the building housed some Capuchin Poor Clare nuns after their convent in Città di Castello was closed.

Second floor
The second floor is all for the attics with high sloped ceilings and 5 large rooms.

The semi-basement
The semi-basement houses the cellars, which can be accessed from inside the property, the garden, and the four storage rooms (two of which can be accessed from the garden and two from a village road).
