Surrounded by luxuriant Apulian olive groves, in the countryside around Ostuni, a charming fortified tower farmhouse that has been renovated preserving its ancient flavour. The central building stands on the large hypogean oil mill excavated in the rock and still well preserved, adjacent to an ancient chapel with frescoes.
