The property is easily accessible from Ostuni (we're talking about less than 5 minutes by car). It is located in the countryside of Carovigno, another beautiful town just 4 km away. The coast is 5 km away.

This large farmhouse reproduces the scheme of a farmhouse with a traditional Mediterranean courtyard; it has the enclosure, consisting of a high and fortified wall, and a single large space in the center (courtyard or courtyard) also with a function as a yard, overlooking the entrances of the various residential and work buildings.

The city, which has preserved its original medieval structure, appears as a tangle of winding streets, a succession of courtyards, squares, slopes, alleys that once connected to five imposing gates. Another peculiarity is represented by its colors: the white of its houses contrasts with the strong colors of the intense blue sky and the bright green of the olive grove countryside.
