Fascinating historical palace of 600 sqm built in 1900 in the heart of Gallipoli. The palace, laid out in an angular shape, is composed as follows: On the lower floor there is a large entrance hall with rooms, stone floors and star vaults typical of the period. As can be seen in the photos, the lower part is currently rented to a renowned architectural office, while a small room is used as a clothing shop. From here, a staircase leads to the main floor, where there is an entrance hall, a living room with an open veranda, two kitchens with a pantry, one of which is brick with a fireplace, typical of the period, four bedrooms facing the street and two bathrooms. An internal stone staircase leads to the sun terrace from where you can admire the sea. The entire building is characterised by vaulted ceilings, while all the floors date from the period. In each room, one can admire the different decorations, including the access staircase, the furnishings and the inexpensive kitchen, which stop time and give moments of life lived to the eyes of fans of the genre.

The location: very central, just a few metres from the Galilei promenade and the famous Corso Roma, the city's main shopping street, very close to Piazza del Canneto and the Greek Fountain, a real monument of great historical interest. Close to the two ports of Gallipoli, the historic and the commercial port, the latter is an important commercial centre and becomes an important tourist destination for Salento in the summer.
