COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

All systems need to be installed from scratch, giving complete design freedom for water, electricity, heating, cooling and photovoltaic systems. Completion to a high standard would require approximately £200,000, addressing visible damp from weather exposure, installing all infrastructure, and fitting out to your specification. A swimming pool would cost an additional £30,000. The property shows no obvious structural damage despite decades of exposure, though terrace subsidence on the left side requires assessment during renovation.
