Four kilometres inland from Sicily's beautiful north coast, Plot Alessandro is a 4.5 hectare plot of agricultural hillside land around 300m above sea level. With panoramic views to the north and west, over the sparkling turquoise Gulf of Termini Imerese and the green surrounding landscape of the western Madonie Park, this is a haven of natural beauty.

The peace and quiet on offer in this remote spot is remarkable, considering the nearest sandy beach is just a ten minute drive away and the ever popular beach town of Cefalù is just ten minutes further afield.


Build Your Own Home at Tremendous Value

The ruin of an old house stands on a terrace in the middle of the land. While this will need to be demolished, the size of the plot gives you permission to build a huge villa of up to 450m2, or a more modestly-sized one on two or three floors.

It is possible to develop very cheaply in this region, and the potential is there to own a vast and luxurious property for a tiny fraction of what you would need to pay in the centre or north of Italy. Even the location being on the far side of a hill from Cefalù means that you are getting excellent value for money, given how short the drive is down to the ancient fishing town's cobbled Norman centre and pristine sandy beachfront.


Rich Natural Beauty

The estate lies on very fertile soil, and this is reflected in the presence of a grove of fifty young olive trees, all of which bear fruit on an annual basis. You should be able to produce about three hundred litres of top grade oil from the harvest, and can either press it yourself on site or visit one of the presses in the area to enjoy the literal and metaphorical fruits of your labour.

Also dotted across the slopes of Plot Alessandro are all kinds of fruit tree, including fig, lemon, orange, persimmon, pomegranate and apricot. The few hundred metres of elevation means that the hillside catches a lovely fresh sea breeze, which makes it a beautiful spot in the humid Sicilian summer.
