The state road that runs close by the property will take you into the outskirts of Palermo in twenty minutes, and you'll find a huge shopping centre, medical facilities and all kinds of larger stores.

If you're heading into the centre you can save yourself the stress of hunting for a parking space by taking the train from Santa Flavia station, only five minutes from your front door on foot. This can also take you to the eastern Sicilian city of Messina, the stunning beach of Cefalù or the airport on the other side of Palermo. On days when you want to take it easy, the nearest beach is only ten minutes away.
