This spacious villa with approx. 15 rooms is located not far from the town of Trabia, a small village with more than 10,000 inhabitants, which lies directly on the sea.

The village is very pretty and characteristic, but above all you can enjoy a heavenly view from here. The sea accompanies you from morning to night with its colours that change throughout the day. The area where the villa is located is certainly strategically situated, being less than 2 km from the village and the beach, but surrounded by peace and greenery. Around the property there are several villas with gardens, some of which are occupied all year round. The distance between the individual houses is such that maximum privacy is guaranteed.

Palermo airport is less than 50 minutes away by car, while Trabia is less than 3 km away. Here you will find all the main shops and services.

Description of the property

The property is in good external condition, you can see that the owner has taken great care of this house. Everything is well maintained and in order.

The property consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a large dependence, which is registered under building law as a magazzino - i.e. storage room or warehouse. The villa is located on the first and second floor. The villa is positioned to offer incredible views not only from the outside but also from many of the rooms.

Outside, the property consists of large areas. On the part of the garden in front of the villa there is an olive grove that can produce about 80 litres of pure Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
