Villa le Magnolie is a unique patrician house located in the village of Molina di Quosa, just 12 km from the unique cultural cities of Pisa and Lucca.
The area of Lungomonte Pisano has always been very rich and already in the Middle Ages, the aforementioned cities fought to gain dominion over the surrounding area.
The main building dates from the 1870s and has been owned by the same family until now. The building style is Pisan, with all bee sufaces on the ground level. They had tool storage, the laundry room and there were large spaces for grain, olive oil and wine.
The first floor was for representation, when friends and acquaintances came to visit. The bedrooms are upstairs along with the former kitchen.

Last year, a new heating unit was installed in the main building; a modern pellet burner that can be regulated from the mobile phone.
