12 bedrooms villa, 1500 m²

Quarrata, Pistoia (province)

This magnificent villa for sale in the province of Pistoia, in Quarrata, was built in a hilly and panoramic position in the second half of the eighteenth century.
An elegant garden with fountain welcomes you at the entrance, with wicker furniture and large umbrellas under which to relax with the sound of water in the background.
The house, which has recently been refurbished, has 1,500 sq.m of internal space, well lit and elegant, with clean lines, with fine finishes typical of country mansions.
Five lounges, each renamed according to its predominant color, host from twenty to one hundred people; here you can admire ancient noble coats of arms, precious original frescoes, stone and wood fireplaces.
Magnificent frescoed rooms evoke the atmosphere of the past and today host sumptuous receptions, as well as the park, perfect for events and ceremonies.
In the garden in front of the villa there is a modern glass design veranda, perfect location for elegant dinners, with a fairytale structure that recalls the branches of trees and a high arched ceiling.
