The property is located within the Città della Pieve, about 2 kilometers from the historic center and near all the area's services. It features panoramic views of the surrounding countryside all the way to the territory of Monte Cetona and Lago Trasimeno.
    The property consists of:
    Villa: the principal building is a large villa in the country style, with ample internal space and high ceilings. Well maintained and almost wholly retaining its historical design, it keeps all the suggestive atmosphere of that time. Surface area totals around 1,410 square meters and another 270 square meters of cellars. Structurally, it is in good condition, although some refinishing and restoration work for the installations, plumbing and internal finishes is needed. The roof and the floors are in fair condition; they also need general reconditioning. The external facades are stone on the outside and brick and are in excellent condition, the internal flooring is mostly tile.

    The property features relevant land extending around the Villa and the outbuildings for about 1.5 hectares, of which part overlooks the building and used as the main entrance to the property, while the surrounding park is designed as a green area, driveways and old trees. It is possible to buy additional hectares of farming land some detached from the property.
