The entrance is located just off one of the alleys cutting through the hamlet. To the right two impressive and authentic brick column give way to a vaulted space with access to the terrace and garden.
In the back of the central space a vaulted hallway leads down to two cellars. To the left another hallway leads past a possible future bathroom, and gives access to two bedrooms and one further bathroom. One of those bedrooms can also be reconnected to the center space. This creates for example the possibility for a large open kitchen. To the left of the entrance is yet another room which can be used as study, kitchen, storage or even bedroom.
All finishes still need to be added to the house which is structurally renovated. This means all items like heating system, internal doors, floors, fixtures and so on can all be hand picked by the buyer. The range for the final turnkey price therefore depends on those choices.
