Geographic position
Situated in a panoramic and elevated position, Borgo Le Selvette sits on a green hill overlooking the Nestore Valley, nestled among woods, olive groves and picturesque medieval villages, between Perugia and Marsciano.
The property, although full of privacy, is easily accessible thanks to a well-maintained unpaved road that starts from the provincial road, climbs up the side of the hill to reach the village and, continuing, rejoins the provincial road that runs further down.
Less than a kilometre away is the Borgo di Montelagello, a charming medieval castle that stands along the ancient Via Orvietana.
The hamlet of Compignano, the nearest village, is about 5 km away, and there is a grocery shop for basic purchases.

The location is also convenient and barycentric with respect to several other important historical centres in Umbria (such as Castiglione del Lago - 44 km, Orvieto - 50 km, Assisi - 53 km and Montepulciano - 63 km) and to Tuscany.
Perugia airport is 38 km away and can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
The hamlet's location is also strategically convenient with respect to the airports of Rome Ciampino (175 km), Rome Fiumicino (190 km) and Florence (178 km), all of which can be reached in just over two hours by car.
For golf enthusiasts, the Perugia Golf Club, with an 18-hole, par 72, 5,735-metre course, is only 24 km away. The gently undulating course dates back to the late 1950s, and its clubhouse was carved out of an old lime kiln dating back to 1921, with imperious towers towering over the course, evoking English golf courses.
