The land covers a part of a mainly west facing hillside and is all one large plot. The olive groves are set up in a convenient way with plenty of space in between the trees and car trails for the maintenance and harvest activities. The land is sloping gently which is a huge advantage as well.

Currently the 30 ha olive grove is a working farm and produces a great quality oil. One can continue the business, but of course also add onto it organising tastings, harvest events, guided tours and other touristic activities. The surroundings

The property lies in the hills above Tavernelle, a small town with all amenities for daily life. The area consists mainly of woodland and olive groves and stretches to the south side of Lake Trasimeno. The nearest lakeside villan Sant'Arcangelo is nearby at 13 km distance followed by the quaint little town of Castiglione del Lago.  The lake area offers many possibilities for an active lifestyle with for example plenty of biking trails and water sports opportunities. The bustling student city Perugia lies at 30 km distance whereas famous and ancient Assisi is 52 km away. Tuscany is nearby as well and Montepulciano, famous for its wine, is within easy reach 42, just like Cortona 37km  and Canciano Terme 30 km.

The nearest international airport is Perugia followed by Siena and Rome.
