The tower
Most likely this tower dates back to medieval times and was once a watch tower. The paper trail goes back to the Gregorian land registry. We can be almost sure that the original footprint is the one still present today but the tower may have been much higher in its original form.  The building is listed as an historic landmark as it has features which are very typical for this region in Umbria.  The roof and floors have collapsed so basically the walls are all that are left. It is possible to add 90 square meters of surface to the existing 68 square meters. The destination of these 158 square meters can be residential or the building can be used as a tourist accommodation. On top of that another 90 square meters of underground surface can be realised, not for residential use.

The job
As the building is in bad shape it might be best to actually demolish it in order to rebuild it in a way that ensures trouble free living for the future. As this tower is listed as an historic building the external features will have to be reconstructed as they are now. The area
