Delivery is scheduled for spring 2026. nn Peschiera del Garda is located about 25 kilometers west of Verona. It faces south of Lake Garda in an area sheltered from the winds.
At Peschiera the outflow of Lake Garda, the Mincio River, exits. The construction of the walled city of Peschiera surrounded by water altered the natural course of the river: in fact, to enable the city's defense, three outflow branches were built from the lake, which then come together south of the town.

It is also the starting point of a 43.5-kilometer bicycle path that runs along the towpaths of the Mincio River between the towns of Peschiera del Garda and Mantua. The start, if you follow the north-south route, is at the railway viaduct in Peschiera del Garda. The trail begins on the right bank of the Mincio, switching to the left bank in the municipality of Monzambano, near the Salionze dam.

The town has a major railway station on the Milan-Venice line where high-speed Frecciarossa EC and Italo trains on the Turin-Venice AV line and regional and fast regional trains on the Brescia-Verona line stop. Until 1967, the Mantua-Peschiera railway also ran there.
Peschiera has a tollbooth on the A4 highway and is crossed by regional (former state) roads 11 Padana Superiore and 249 Gardesana Orientale.
From the port, all municipalities on Lake Garda can be reached by boat.
The fortress of Peschiera is an imposing defensive structure that has protected the town of Peschiera del Garda for centuries. nn Window Frames and Shades
