The intervention included the conservative restoration of the ancient Monastery of the Apparition, a building of great historical importance for the Island and for Venice itself. Rising around the shrine that gives it its name - and which still continues to be a destination for numerous pilgrims - ledificio has in fact stood out since its origin for its architectural quality and for the central role it played in the life of the Island, aspects that are reflected in its fascinating position: facing both the sea and the lagoon, it is the only building on the Island that covers its full width.

The apartment is located on the last floor of the 1700 complex, accessed via staircase A, Inner cloister located on the first floor and then with dedicated staircase.
The apartment has been studied in its smallest details to obtain the maximum "livable" surface and consists of dining/living room with kitchen area, a double bedroom and bathroom with ante-bathroom.
The apartment is lit by two large dormer windows.

The Complex is set on a large open area that has direct access both to the Venetian Lagoon, where it is possible to moor private boats, and to the Sea, with access to a wide beach almost exclusively.
Varying in size and architectural details, the 35 apartments are built with high quality materials and construction techniques fully consistent with the excellence of the property.

The task for the new restoration project was entrusted to the well-known architect Alessandro Scarpa of Venice who, after years of studies, research, meetings and in close collaboration with the architects of the Superintendence of Fine Arts and Landscape, managed to obtain the difficult authorization from all the control and protection bodies to destine it for prestigious residences.
With the restoration, the characteristic elements of the Complex were recovered and enhanced, especially the inner garden with its ancient Venetian Well.
