The United States tops the list, accounting for nearly 30% of total enquiries on Gate-away.com. The UK follows with 9.78%, while Germany and France also feature prominently. Buyers from Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Sweden demonstrate growing interest, underscoring Italy’s global appeal.

Where Are Buyers Looking?
Tuscany remains the most desired region, attracting almost 17% of enquiries, thanks to its timeless beauty and iconic landscapes. Sicily comes next, with a 10.16% share and an impressive 18% growth in interest compared to 2023. Regions like Lombardy (8.86%), Liguria (8.16%), and Puglia (8.03%) also stand out for their diverse offerings, from vibrant cities to tranquil coastlines.
Notable areas like Lake Como (5.02%) and Salento areas continue to charm buyers seeking unique and picturesque settings. Meanwhile, Calabria has seen an 18.63% surge in interest, reflecting a growing desire for its affordability and natural beauty.
