Costa Smeralda

With the exemplary “Il Pevero” Golf course located here, the area is prime for any golf enthusiast. Included in the coveted list of most beautiful golf clubs in the world, it doesn’t disappoint. It stretches along a promontory offering breathtaking panoramic views of the crystal clear Sea of Sardinia Island and the Emerald Coast, close to the famous and exclusive sea resort of Porto Cervo. Houses here have premium pricing up to 10 million Euros for a beach house. However, one can find a nice condo for 50.000-60.000 Euros just a few kilometres from the coastline.

Around Lake Como

The area boasts many golf courses making it a good buy for a golf lover. The legendary Golf Villa d’Este that dates back to 1926 is located here. Villa d’Este is an hour’s drive from Lake Como on the sprawling hills in the municipality of Montorfano still in the nature reserves of Lake Montorfano. Properties are cheaper compared to those on the shores of the Lake Como, and it’s easy to find good value for money.

Florence & Surroundings

Located in one of the first hills of Florence in the municipality of Impruneta, Club Ugolino is a little paradise on earth. The club sits just 12 km from the very old town centre of Florence making property prices high due to the fame and legend associated with the area.

The Protected Area of Conero Regional Park

Conero Golf Club is Located in Sirolo; an incredibly beautiful ancient town considered by many as a jewel of the Adriatic. It offers the perfect gateway to visit nearby attractions, such as Marina di Ragusa and Santa Croce Camerina fishing villages and pristine beaches. And also to the important cultural town centres of Noto, Ragusa and Modica, which are on the UNESCO world heritage list, belonging to the Baroque Noto Valley. Despite the fact that this estate is beautiful and convenient, property prices are very affordable. The average price is at peak 1,450 Euros per meter-square. It’s easy to find a habitable villa on the outskirts of Noto for 1,230 Euros per meter-square!
