The search for a second home to buy abroad is an undertaking that requires a lot of time and commitment. That’s why one of our main goals is to help overseas buyers, who are looking for a home in Italy, to uncover the best tools and help make the search as easy and productive as possible.
We have introduced on our site a new function called “My Shortlist”, which makes finding the right property much easier and more productive. In fact, this new tool allows you to save your favourite properties on Gate-Away.com by creating your own personal Shortlist, which you can review at any time, from any device.
Just register on the portal and log in with your credentials. First things first:
REGISTRATION – In order to start the registration process, click on “My Shortlist”. You must enter your email address and create a password. You will be sent an email immediately to confirm your registration.
LOG IN – After registering, you can access the service by entering the email and password chosen during the registration process. Once you are logged in, there will be a list of properties available that were previously added to the Shortlist.
FAVOURITE PROPERTIES – To add a property to your Shortlist, you need only to click the icon in the shape of a heart, which appears on each property listing on the portal and in the results list following a search. The property will be saved immediately in the Shortlist and it will be available until you decide to remove it.
If you save properties without being registered in My Shortlist, or without being logged into your account, these properties will be available to view in the Shortlist section for a limited period of time and only on the device that you were using at the time. Simply log in to add them permanently to Shortlist and you will be able find them with any device you decide to use.
SEND BY EMAIL – It is also possible to send a complete list of properties stored in “My shortlist” by email. By clicking “Send to Email”, an email is automatically sent to the email address indicated during registration, with the picture and description of all the properties and also with the link to the specific portal pages of each property.
