The property market, especially in Italy, has changed a lot lately after we spent this very bad period of the pandemic and took a completely different pace.

We moved from a ‘buyer’s market’ – where the buyer had the power to decide whether to buy or not to buy, wait or move to another property – to a ‘seller’s market’ where there is a strong demand in buying Italy real estate so that so that now is the seller the one who can decide whether to sell you the property or to sell it to another one.

How can we quicker the buying process of a property in Italy but keeping it safe?

Simone RossiGate-away.com general manager − discussed this with Nick Metta − English speaking Italian lawyer specialized in real estate and partner of Studio Legale Metta.
